SELF-ESTEEM

  • Self-Esteem one of the most natural changes which take place as a result of dedicating oneself to an organized sport is the development of self-esteem. Our programs which demand a certain discipline are often the first taste many of these boys/girls have of success, of setting personal goals and of achieving them. With each new goal obtained, however small, the feeling of self-esteem grows.

CONFIDENCE

  • Confidence is instilled in much the same way as self-esteem; through routine, through small successes, This confidence carries over into the lives of everyone involved at the gym, and far beyond the ring. All the result of confidence he/she has gained in his/her ability to not only cope, but to succeed.

DISCIPLINE

  • Discipline is given most directly by coaches and teachers who serve as role models and who must demonstrate their own mastery of discipline as they work to maintain a semblance of order during practice. Boxers come to respect this order. They learn the benefits of a well-organized practice, one which adheres to tight schedules, which fits into each boxer’s daily routine, and which allows them to grow and further their own skills.  

NUTRITION

  • Balanced Diet is stressed and suggestions are given to teach our kids that a balanced diet gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly. To get the proper nutrition from your diet we teach them that they should consume the majority of daily calories in: Fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
  • "We keep fresh fruits on site during training".
